2026 Member Meeting - March 7th or 8th

Area 51 Seasonal 2026 membership open to public meeting will be held on Saturday March 7th or Sunday March 8th at 11 am. We will have a very short meeting at noon and answer any questions and then process memberships, receive your photo membership Gate Proximity Card.


Location: East Pembroke Fire Company, 8655 Barrett Drive, Batavia NY 14020


Following are the packages available (SAVE ON 2026 MEMBERSHIPS)

1.[Platinum package] Single $625 /package

  • Includes discounted Open to public Wednesday or race Sat practices (normally $40) discounted to $10. ($30 SAVINGS each practice).

  • Includes gate fees at all MX races and harescrambles; race Gate fees $20, Can Am is $40 (Thats a $140 in gate fees savings!)

  • Each additional immediate discounted family members the 2nd is $525 and the 3rd is $475.

    • This can be combined for a gold single or family package if other family members only want to ride the members weekend day and weekends. Contact me 716 5536502 for details and pricing discount to add them

  • This also includes all member ride days Monday Thursdays, Fridays and the minimum 4 schedule members weekend days a month (2025 we averaged 5.5 members weekend days a month)

  • 10am till dusk.


2.[Gold Single package]: $525 each

  • Includes all member ride days Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and the minimum 4 scheduled weekend days a month. Plus, any bonus ride days from November 2nd till November 1st, 2026. Early March ride days too.


3.[Gold Family Package] $625 /package

  • Includes immediate family members living in Same household. (Exceptions would be if mom and dad are separated)

  • Includes all listed above Gold Single package, for all immediate family members: mom, dad kids.


Member Info

  • The packages are for Bikes only, unless one of the younger kids rides a youth quad. We unfortunately do not allow big quads. Please contact me text 716-553-6502

  • I Will also offer a split automatic credit payment program over a 2- or 3-month period, depending on situation. Contact me directly.

  • After this meeting all memberships will increase April 1st so please contact me if you are unable to make meeting and we can process over phone to save late fee.

  • 2026 Membership are limited!

  • We accept cash, checks, and credit cards with added 4 percent processing fee.
